About:
Taylor (she/her) is a registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked at the OCD Clinic since 2021. She has experience across public and private mental health settings in New Zealand and Australia, including inpatient and outpatient services. Taylor has a particular interest in OCD, anxiety disorders, and trauma. She also enjoys supporting individuals during the perinatal period, which has been a meaningful part of her clinical practice.
Taylor’s therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. She draws primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Schema Therapy. Taylor has completed Level 2 training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is also an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, with a particular focus on eating disorder treatment.
Across her clinical work, Taylor provides evidence-based care from a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and inclusive perspective. She prioritises personalised treatment and aims to empower clients to move towards their values-based goals, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Taylor completed her clinical training at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. She is registered with AHPRA and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the College of Clinical Psychologists. She is also a COPE Accredited Professional (Centre of Perinatal Excellence).
Outside of her clinical work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her young family. They often find themselves exploring local cafés or enjoying the outdoors near the water.
