About
Hi, I’m Sally – a fully registered clinical psychologist and STAP-trained Board-approved supervisor. I have been working at the OCD Clinic in Brisbane for the last 3 years. I have a Master of Psychology (Clinical) and have worked across a broad range of settings, including hospital, private practice, school, youth justice and community mental health settings.
I have experience working with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I am particularly passionate about working with adults experiencing anxiety and OCD.
I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in a genuine, collaborative relationship. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected – where we can explore your experiences together with openness and care. My style is warm, transparent, and down-to-earth, and I see therapy as a shared process where your voice, values and goals shape the work we do. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you, identify what’s getting in the way, and work toward meaningful change using practical, evidence-based strategies.
I tailor each approach to the individual, drawing on what’s proven to work while always keeping your unique needs in mind. I’m particularly passionate about supporting adults to navigate anxiety and OCD, and I find it a privilege to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their confidence, freedom, and sense of self.
